Can anybody tell me why my kx250f cyl head doesn’t have a groove in the intake cam journal but here’s a pic of a 2005 off google image , What’s the difference I see them 50/50. The first pic is google 2005 kx250f head the 2nd pic is mine 
is the groove on the bridge?

There is a superceded part number listed for the 2005 kx250f head. There are also other differences in the two photos besides the oil galley you're describing. So, to answer your question, yes it seems there are two different heads for the 2005 kx250f.
