KX 65 quit running

Hey guys, my sons kx65 died in the middle of a couple hour long ride and wouldn’t start until it cooled off. I was able to figure out that the cdi was failing when it was hot. I replaced the cdi, igniter, plug and cap with factory new Kawasaki parts. The cdi was the only part that was not oem https://www.regulatorrectifier.com

It has spark but still will not run.

The carb is clean, filter is clean, fuel is vp racing with maxima premix at 32:1.

I can’t figure out why this bike won’t run. Any ideas?? It has good compression
