Recently bought a used 2024 ktm 300 sx and I was curious if my older gen split clamps from my 2021 would fit. Looking through the KTM power parts website and a few other sites it looks like everything is 22.5-current. Before I part ways with them I didnt know if anyone had any real world experience swapping the 19-22 clamps onto the 22.5 - current chassis.
You can use the older clamps on the new chassis, you just need to run the older top bearing seal pieces (steel cup, rubber seal, and o-ring to replace the 1-piece seal of the new chassis). If you do that, it should bolt right up without issue.
