Anyone had a bad experience with ebay radiators? I have had one called fluidyne power-flow but the actual radiator says FPS racing and I have to say I am actually impressed. Can anyone attest to the actual Chinese ebay radiators?

Chinese eBay radiators suck. They don’t fit right and the plastic radiator guards don’t fit properly either. In my experience.

Garbage. I can't comment on Fluidyne specifically but those ones under whatever name that are about $100/pr on eBay are crap. Cheap aluminum, crappy fit and finish.

Best bang for the buck is to send your bent OEM ones to ICW or for good, new, domestically made, look up Myler in Utah.

I got some of the Ebay GPI radiators for my 89/91 RM250.

General quality, for the money is okay. Fit is fine, had to trim the radiator overflow pipe about 10mm but no big deal.

I split one rad after about 3 hours from just riding, not even a crash. It didn't leak but the frame basically split off the core.

I had the seams properly re welded by a good ally welder friend of mine. Also added 2 decent strips of aluminium to the back of each rad to help strengthen and stop the failure again. Been fine for a further 6-8 hours of riding.

So I'd say for the money, they are okay. For sub £100 you get what you pay for. I'm happy with them for my old 89, but then I only ride it for fun 3-4 times a year. I think for a bike I was riding hard and often, I'd spend the extra for a quality set.

Bought a set of GPI radiators for a CR250, really just to see what they were like, and they were no where near fitting. I bought a set of OEM rads as at the time they were available new from Honda for less than a set of rads from GMX. I'd also avoid GMX. I'd straight up rather have a bike that doesn't run, than buy anything from GMX.

fluidyne is a quality radiator. Made in the USA. I’ve had them on a past kx250f, better than OEM even.
