Does anyone make a clear helmet protective wrap? Similar to ride wrap for mountain bikes. Would this maybe impact the performance of the helmet somehow? Would be nice to keep scratches off my new helmet.
Some graphic/decal companies make full cover helmet decals, such as Merge Decals here in the UK. Can't suggest any for the US.
On gloss finished helmets, I've had good results from applying a car wax/coating to them. Makes them ultra glossy and slick so they are a little more resistant to mud sticking
You can buy clear graphics material, but it is heavy. I'd only use that on the visor and maybe the front of the helmet. I like Russ' idea of waxing much better.
