Guys I run a 23 kx250f and it's not punchy power I'm chasing any ideas on what I could do to help gain more bottom end?
Piston, Airbox mod, ignition, exhaust?
id start with an ECU. its tunable and you can move it to a new bike in the future.

Change sprockets
I have a 2023 KX 250 and they are revers so I know what you mean. I have a vortex mapped by XPR a full pro circuit exhaust and one tooth up on the rear sprocket I also run VP T4 and though it helped quite a bit, it’s still a rever, but man is it fun to hold that thing wide-open!! They say the Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki 250’s have more bottom end power but I’ve never ridden any of them so I can’t really say.
