Hey guys recently been having some issues with my bike, doing a moto the bike will run great and it seems to vary but 10-20 min into a moto the bike will bog under hard load, sometimes 1-2 times in a lap or two and then might not happen again until my next moto. Started off as a small big but now it seems to have gotten worse, still happens after about 10 min of riding never before, it’s almost like I’m hitting the kill switch, the bike doesn’t completely die but during the bog I get zero throttle response. I’ve double checked air filter, unplugged my map/engine kill switch, tried a different fuel tank/fuel pump and zero changes.

Fuel filter? Not sure if these have one?
I had trouble with an Austrian 250f cutting out completely and intermittent trouble starting, turned out the fuse for the starter motor had gone but not completely so the circuit was only just complete but break here and there.
maybe try that? I’m just spitballing
Fuel filter is in the fuel pump which I already swapped with a buddies tank and still same issue.
Hey did you get this issue resolved? I’m having the same issue with my 22 CRF450r. Thanks.
Hey man after a ton of testing out different stuff I was finally able to narrow it down to the throttle body. I had my other bike which made it much easier just took 5-6 rides to actually figure it out. I initially swapped the tanks. Then I tried stators, and then coil, then écu. Finally I decided to swap the entire throttle body, it has 3 different sensors 2 which you can buy and the 3rd is incorporated into the throttle body. I tested all the sensors which checked out fine but 90% of the time the bike would run great just around the 10min+ mark where it would then act up. So rather than spending $200 on one sensor and not knowing if it was that one I just bought the entire throttle body, luckily I get a good deal on parts so it was just over $400. Hopefully that helps you out a little bit I chased that problem for over a month if you have any questions let me know and I can try to help you out.
