2014 Yz250f won’t start!

I’ve been chasing this issue for alittle while now not much luck. Noticed it some what backfire a time or two last time I rode, cleaned it & came back to no starting. New spark plug. Readjusted the valves to spec which exhaust were Alittle out. Coil read funny so ordered a new one and new one ended up reading same as old, thought it was the dirty fuel filter so I rebuilt that. Disconnecting kill switch did nothing. Found out the bike will start bike by dropping alittle gas in the cylinder and putting the spark plug back on, 2kicks later she fired up for a second. Fuel line isn’t kinked, makes me think its possibly the fuel injector and it’s not an electrical issue which they’re notorious for.
