For sale is my Mercedes Sprinter Gear Hauler build. The van itself is a 2014 Mercedes 144 Sprinter 2500 2WD Diesel with the sought after OM651 4 cylinder engine and 7 speed transmission. I am the second owner of the van, I purchased it in November of 2022, and I completed the build in May of 2023. Every service record is available with most all of them being performed at the Mercedes Benz of Rocklin CA dealership. I have only owned the van for about 8,000 miles. The conversion is nearly brand new. The van drives like an absolute dream and is dead quiet, even with 2 full size motorcycles and gear in the garage.

Between working for a top level custom van builder, and owning/operating my own custom van building shop for the past few years, this van was personally built with no expense spared. Simple gear hauler design that I fit two full size motorcycles & mountain bikes into simultaneously. Fully welded structures, grade 8 hardware, insulated and soldered/heatshrink electrical connections completely fused with relays where needed, and rivnuts everywhere using stainless steel hardware throughout.
