i would not stay all the way up there… it’s a S hole out there by Nellis AFB. If you want to do vegas stay on the strip or near it and uber, it won’t be cheap but better than being stuck in South Utah with all the homeless and meth heads! 

Not sure why you got thumbs down because what you posted is very accurate. Northeast Vegas is not a nice place at all. Patrolled that area for a few years and there was never a dull day. Would not recommend anything on Boulder Highway, Downtown/Fremont, or the southern part of North Las Vegas.

The Alliante Hotel/Casino in North Las Vegas is pretty decent and right next to the 215 which will take you right to the speedway.

I tell you what, the three of them should get rooms at the comfort inn on Craig and Lamb that’s right by that food additives factory that smells so wonderful all the time! they can then have easy access to that Walmart down by the main gate of Nellis, you know the one that they closed and just demolish due to the crime in the area. There is that Del Taco right there too… oh wait it’s been closed down for like 10 years due to crime as well. They can just get snacks and a six pack at that Arco on the corner i’m sure that will add to the vegas experience! After the race at the speedway they can then go have a fun vegas experience at the strip oh wait you can barely see the strat from all the way up there! Maybe they want to see some “exotic girls” to really have fun, there is Chicas Bonitas up there for that high class experience! What about for some gambling there is the Barcelona Lounge right there… That’s a swank place too! There is Aliante off the 215 but … well … it’s a local station casino and a dump as well, the rooms are gross and expensive! I’ve lived in Vegas twice due to military assignments 2008-2011 and 2015- and live here still and can’t wait to leave and I live in a nice part of town on the southwest side in Summerlin. I worked off the Speedway Exit across the 215 from the drag strip…. seriously i could see the strip from my office so don’t take my word for it, the venue is shit, the area is shit, it is nothing but semi truck warehouses and loading docks, Amazon, and Nellis AFB! You guys have a great time out there i’m watching it on tv! 

I lived in what I guess is considered Green Valley North back in 2009-2010. Didn't have much to do there so at night I'd listen the the scanner. Yaaaa that area was NON STOP!!! Every time I'd check where the call was it was always over that way. Never a dull moment over there in Northeast Vegas it seemed.
