Hey everyone, I’m thinking of resending out my suspension (WP 6500 kit on 23 KTM 350) to get revalved from a new tuner. I live in the Midwest (Nebraska/Iowa area) and have heard great things about Billy at Powerband and was wondering if anyone has experience with their new location in MN? I know B’s Motolab, PDR, and Feine Tune is popular around here as well, If anyone has experience with any of these please let me know. Thanks in advance.
I can't really answer your question, but when you call Powerband in Florida Billy answers the phone. He is more than likely the one performing the work also. I'd sent your stuff to Florida. I sent mine from Ohio.
I thought he closed the MN location and moved everything to Florida? I had him do both my bikes and he’s been spot on every time.
No it’s been recently opened I think, I called last week and spoke to the tech there but all I’ve ever read is people getting work done by Billy in Florida and MN is way closer to me but don’t have experience with either one and don’t want to be disappointed with another revalve from someone else you know?
Billy is in Florida. Call him and talk to him about what you want done. He has done my stuff for years and is top notch imo. Great customer service. He probably has a former tech running the MN shop because I know Tyler is in FL with him. He may have you send it to MN because it’s closer but either way you are getting his setup.
