Help finding an old race

I’ve been trying to find an old Mx race for the last month or so now, and hoping someone else may have a better memory than me. I want to say it was in the early 2010s. 250 class, outdoors, I want to say it was a year that pro circuit had a really strong team. Pretty sure one of the PC riders had what he thought was a huge lead and on the last lap he waved his teammate by, thinking his teammate was a lap down, to give him an opportunity to do another lap and make up some more positions. Turned out he waved him by and accidentally and gave up the win. That’s all I remember, been trying to find it, but no luck.

Not 100% sure on this, but I believe it was Dean Wilson who let Tyla Rattray pass or maybe Christophe Pourcel? Freestone 2010

I know how you feel. I've been searching for footage for years now.

Back in 1999 I wrenched for Bobby Moore when he came out of retirement to fill in for a Injured Chris Gosseler (spelling?)

The race was Mount Morris (High Point). Bobby got a great start and was running 5th when the next thing I feel a tap on my shoulder. It was the track side reporter and the camera man. They had no idea who Bobby's mechanic was and had to ask Tom Wallace who was wrenching for Vohland at the time. Tom told them that I was a South African.

Well, these guys got me, they asked a bunch of questions about myself coming from Africa and working for Bobby and how Bob was feeling coming of the couch etc.

I once found the (125) race footage on YouTube but it appears that my airtime was cut out or maybe I missed it.

I've never been able to relax as It would be awesome to see that memory.

I have no idea who would have the raw footage of the 125 motos from that day.

I just watched both motos. Great race, I remember watching all of them. As I’ve mentioned, Bobby Moore is a good friend who I went to high school with. It was a last minute decision to race, but Don supported it. Ole man still had it…

There were several mechanic interviews, but they cut you out of this one.

I just found the full 2 hour version, but I’m headed to bed. Hopefully it’s in this one-
