When I'm designing stuff, words often turn into shapes , that feel like they are just a part  of the design. Especially if You are using wording that was given to you. It gets easier to  get lost in the process. Sometimes You will have a last minute wording change. And take it directly from an email. Spell check  is still  newish to design software.  It feels like only a few years that its been in Photoshop and even shorter in Illustrator.   And   also NO design software I use will tell me if I'm not using the correct version of a word.  I work mainly with Adobe's programs and they are one of the big ones.  

Just a point of view from a designer . And some reasons why dumb stuff can get through people checking it multiple times. I think that last one was done on purpose for sure though. Even I was able to see the mistakes  right away.
