Just speaking for myself.... there was a time I couldn't afford it but Ive been blessed and it occurred to me that if I give my garbage man & postman a little tip at Christmas time to show my appreciation I should consider including the flaggers at the track every so often. I realize not all flaggers are created equal some may leave a little to be desired and the cost of everything is going up but if you have a solid group of flaggers at your local track and you can afford it maybe consider doing likewise.
I gave them a little something this past weekend and expressed how I know it can get really hot or really cold and dirty but that I, for one, acknowledge and appreciate the job they do being out there helping to keep us safe and I cannot tell you how genuinely thankful and suprised they each were.
It really made my day and was very rewarding.
You’re a genuine great for thinking of that, only ever tipped the Washougal flag swingers with Mooseheads but hearing the Pala crew were thoroughly stoked is wholesome
