Picked up this bike essentially for free as part of a package deal for a KTM450.  Previous owner purchased the plastics, wheels, graphics and most of the other new items seen so although I would have preferred to restore it all back to the showroom look I used all the new stuff and tried to chose Cerakote colors that followed the theme.

Obviously, every bearing, seal, top end, both sprockets, levers, grips, cables, seat cover etc. etc. was replaced with new items.

Suspension items were Cerakoted and rebuilt with all new bushings, seals, bumpers and fluids.

Linkage was polished and received new bearings, seals and proper lubrication.

Time-lapse video at the end of the photos is silent without music or talking to annoy you or needlessly extend video.  This first video is disassembly but I'll post some other ones if anyone is interested that show most all of the other work from sandblasting to Cerakoting to engine rebuild and whatnot.
