Pm always showing a notification

Get a new PM it shows (1) as the notification. Read it, reply to it, go on with life, still shows (1). I even deleted the convo entirely, which is inconvenient to follow a topic. Still shows (1). I don’t even have any in the folder to read at all I deleted them all. Still holding strong letting me know I have one to read.

I just tested it and everything worked fine for me. Are you still seeing this problem? Approximately how long has this been going on?
