kx 250f issue - bogging

I have a 2016 kx250f. I got it used a few months ago and I am having some issues. I have been riding on motocross tracks, I usually go into a corner in 2nd gear. when coming out I'm holding throttle wide open, alot of times then I shift into 3rd in bogs down and has no power. Other times I will pull the clutch to avoid crashing or a real low speed inside line on a corner and bike dies. It also acts like it out of fuel. I will have to kick it many time to get it restarted. Do you all think this I fuel pump related. I have taken the injectors out and cleaned them, new spark plug, new oil and filter, new air filter. Anyone having this problem? Thanks
