I want to pull the crankshaft on my 1984 CR250R
Looking at the TUSK crankcase splitter and crank puller/installer tools.
Found what looks like "knock-off" tools made by VEVOR on EBAY for about 1/2 price.

I have learned that a lot of times in life "you don't get what you didn't pay for" when it comes to tools (many things really) so I was wondering if anybody has used these VEROR tools? And could give me so insight on if they will work.

They work great. Literally just used them (Tusk). Cases are back together as of Wednesday too...

I cant imagine what would make the vebor product a deal breaker aside from some hammered threads or something of that nature. I’d buy the vevor in a heartbeat. I have the tusk units but would have definitely bought those in place of them. Awesome tools to have btw. I have used mine enough times to pay for themselves over many times.

I ordered the VEVOR. Have never used the TUSK tools but the vevor worked good for disassembly. I will update if there is a problem during reassembly. But so far looks like a good tool.

Interesting, never heard of them. Looks to be $35 cheaper than the Tusk when purchasing the combo of a crank puller and case splitter. Nothing terrible complex about these tools, so I imagine they will work just fine.

I'm not a power user, but do a few rebuilds each year with my Tusk crank puller and case splitter. Been happy with them.
