Problem with order RMATVMC?

So i ordered some stuff for a customers bike and i need this week before a harescramble race... i had the stuff in check out 5+ in stock... tried to place my order and it crashed. Tried to place the order again and it crashed. So it took my order but now in order history it is saying the items are on backorder?? I go to the part numbers like stated above and they all have 5+ in stock.

Anyone else ever had this issue? I have always had great shipping times and service from RMATVMC. Would hate to have to take my business elsewhere.

Ive never had that issue. I would just call them and see what the deal is. Their customer support is above anyone else by far. Its common for companies to have glitches or errors in the system. Nobody is perfect.

I've had it happen to me. Just call and talk to customer service. They'll get it sorted out and are great to deal with.

The awesome call support got it sorted less than 5 minutes. When it crashed, card declined and basically added my name to “hold” those items as a backorder. Shipment will be here Wednesday.

All this taking my business elsewhere, over a system glitch, that was solved in less than 5 minutes.

I mean if you are in a deadline, you take business else where. I dont work there so for all I knew the items were really on backorder...

I have always had great luck with them, I would call them if your not sure.
Like someone else said, They have great customer service.
