KTM Hour Meter Settings/Reset

There’s a button on the backside of the hour meter and I’ve been trying to reset the hours, anyone know if this is possible?

Im gonna take a guess based off my experience with other hour meters.. the service interval hour count can be reset but the total hours cannot. Sortof like an odometer on your car.

That’s what I’m thinking. I don’t have instructions so kinda just pushing buttons over here. Just wanted to confirm before I got another one.

I tried to reset mine aswell but couldnt. I ended up buying the exact same hour meter through ktm
