If it’s connected through WiFi it should be good is the bike on or off, maps I think bike has to be on to send other stuff the starter can just be bumped to check it. If connect to WiFi start bike make sure it’s says your WiFi gytr tuner go in app click on machine and click monitor see if it’s truly connected it should when you twist throttle show the curve and show some temp. Readings as well. But I belive maps bike has to be running to send

I had this issue with my 450. My phone would connect through the wifi but nothing inside the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled 2 or 3 times before it finally worked. No issues since then

You have to start the bike to log in. Then shut it off to send maps, but it automatically logs out after 60 seconds once the bike is off. So start it, connect to the app, shut it off and send the map. Then you can restart it and it will stay connected. At least in my experience it won’t let you change maps while it’s running, but the Wi-Fi shuts off after 60 seconds when it’s not running.
