Hey guys, I’m new here so apologies if this has been posted about in the past. I stripped my ‘19 kx450f down to get some powder coating done, I’ve completely reassembled the bike and now it doesn’t turn over let alone fire. I triple checked all my connections and ground. I started probing around with a multimeter and am receiving power at the starter when I hit the electric start button but it is not turning over. Bike ran fine just hours before disassembly. Any direction that I could be guided in will be much appreciated. Thanks ahead of time guys.

You got continuity from the battery to the frame?

Yes I just checked and made sure I had a good clean ground. I just now heard like a faint relay clicking, sounds like the one that is held on the front of the air box nearest the gas tank. Very very faint though.

Check your battery. Be sure it load tested.
