Low RPM Bog

I have a 06 YZ 250. At very low RPM it seems a little sliggish. Especially when ride slow in the pits with very little throttle, it gets a surge or the RPMs don't stay constant. Played with the air screw but doesn't seem to help to much. Any help is appreciated

Pull the cover for the powervalve, maybe it's sticking open. Also the pull carb and check the reeds, maybe one is cracked/broken.
