My bike has been running very strange. At very low throttle everything is fine but once I gas it to accelerate the sound of the bike becomes louder and abnormal and just about all my power is cut down. Was able to make it home and now it will not start. I hope someone can help me out.

Check carb jets for dirt. Check the valves and cam chain and cam timing.

Have you ever repacked the muffler? I would also check the cam chain and tensioner. Mechanically speaking..
