Bike runs fine until I rail a berm, then it just bogs out. I set the float to the exact spec, running a 380 main, 35 pilot and stock clip in the 2 pos. I'm not familiar with the Mikuni's riding KX250's nearly my whole life.

Any tips besides swapping it out for a Keihin?

Did it always do this or is this something that developed recently?

I bought the bike last year with maybe 2 hours on it, all stock. It ran like crap with stock jetting so I rejetted. It was leaner, just put the 380 in, same crap. Bike has about 10 hours on it, if that.

Its not my riding, had a 02 yz125 and a 96 rm125 never had that issue. Im mid pack B rider.

Runs fine doing anything but really laying it over in a berm.

Hmmm, might try just replacing the float, needle, and seat just to be sure. Also check all your electrical connections and your coil ground. Something might be moving around when it gets under high G-load in the corners.

Is the white plastic baffle in place around the main jet and pilot jet? That prevents fuel cavitation under hard cornering and bumps.
