Daystar or Pro Grip both have fork boots. Sets show up on Ebay as well. Depending upon the size you need, the 4x4 market uses fork boots to cover shocks and you might find a set in a 4x4 accessory catalog. Price is usually less as well.
I had a set from Acerbis on my '78 YZ250 that had the OEM look and feel but they haven't been listed in their catalog in several years.
