Mini GPS speedometer/handlebar mount.

I've been trying to find a very basic GPS speed indicator for the handlebar of my Vulcan. My cable driven speedo does a little bit of hopping and hasn't ever been super accurate anyway, not to mention that I'm not a fan of it being mounted down on the tank. I'd just like a basic, probably digital, readout that's a little bit more in my line of sight and more accurate. I have a mount for my Tom Tom there now, but during the daytime it's often hard to read due to glare and I really don't need the map most of the time anyway.

Everything I can find online is about $150 or so as a starting point, which seems odd since a full GPS with maps can be had for a third of that. Anyone have any idea on something basic that just has speed and mounts on a handlebar? I'm thinking something that looks somewhat similar to this.
