I asked that question before and I think it was Kongols who said they do it for proof of fault because shit is pretty corrupt there.

I think if dash cameras were common everywhere you'd see most of these accidents replicated everywhere. Idiot drivers abound the world over. You've only got to look at the number of road deaths in every country to work that out.

I loved the helicopter and jet ones too. Smart horse!
