Are you not a college football fan jmar? Because if you live anywhere in this part of the country, every school has stupid things they do. Pistols firing, wayving wheat, hook em horns, gig em, roll tide, tiger bait, gator bait, we are sc, the list goes on. I once got gator chomped for 300 miles driving in Florida. Or, in your school's case, making sweet love to a sheep. Because someone says any of these does not make them an inbred redneck.

Ps- I agree with you, the OU fans can get quite annoying around here, and I'm an OU grad who lives in Norman. Now stfu and go do what your daddy T- Boone tells you to do!

all bs aside college football is a complete blast. The atmosphere is what makes it so, if you ever go and tailgate...you'll be hooked.

I attended LOTS of college games the 4 years my kid was at A&M and I have never seen more rude fans than Tech fans. I was flat out shocked at the stuff those guys were screaming, even at women broadcasters on the sideline doing reporting. (Erin Bates type gals). Absolutely NO tact or scruples at all, I lost count how many times I heard the 'C' word hollered at women by those morons.

I would agree, but if I lived in Lubbock, I'd be pissed too. Alabama fans were the nicest. It may have been because they were down at the time, and weren't expecting to win, but they were really cool and freindly. At the 2003 national championship game, I witnessed two LSU fans pour beer all over an elderly couple. They were like Tech fans, only trashier. I'm glad Mike Leach isn't there anymore, because I really liked him and he deserved better than Tech.

He's done and had already used his redshirt. The back-up also suffered a compound shoulder fracture in the same ( UCLA ) game. I LOVED watching UCLA roll TU especially in Austin ( my Whorn neighbor is still pissed at me ) after the abuse I took from TU buds after UH got blown out------BUT not as bad as TU at home I might add. :-).

I grew up in Southern CA. We had lot's of things to do for entertainment.
College football wasn't one of them.
