I am seeing what looks like a major highway in the back drop of the video. What happens if that hillbilly rocket ends up landing in the road?

Do you think it went that far/high? I suppose the wind could carry it there while it descends but they surely would take that into account before launch.

I am just amazed that its legal to launch something like this that close to a major highway. The amateur rocket builder could easily make a simple mistake that could end up being disastrous.

That's a big ass chunk of steel t fall out of the sky.

You know there was at least one guy with a mullet on the crew who was smoking, with a pack rolled up the sleeve of his "Dale Earnhardt" shirt.

RIght before launch, he flicks his cigarette away, and says "Hey Ya'll, watch this!"

You know what? I'm mildly offended by the obvious generalization going on here. This whole thing screams 'set up'. I mean, there isn't one single crane cams sticker to be seen on that rocket.

Do you shoot rockets because you are fat or do you become fat because you shoot rockets?

I've got a good friend who is serious about building one of these (with his own twist). He's recruiting me to be a part of the effort. Any brainy rocket scientists here wanting to get involved? Where's Teefus?
