Better cure is just my fiancé and I wedding crashing. Tons of booze. And more booze. Except damn if I didn't have a headache this morning.





I'm still getting them though. I find I get them less when I'm hydrated well, and eat well on race day. My nutrition sucks on race days. I have no appetite. I just want to race. But I've forced myself to eat through the the day and I convinced that is what the problem is....my brain needs dextrose.

Have to have DM turned on in settings, and the right e-mail for it. I still get DMs once in a while.
