Congressional leaders are champing at the bit for a second chance at job-destroying climate change regulation, and the Environmental Protection Agency is studying how to regulate CO2 emissions from lawn mowers and weed trimmers. Lost in all of this is how the poor (who spend a much higher percentage of their income on basic necessities) will suffer disproportionately from rising costs for food, energy, and other staples. I never seen stink like that before...
