Already signed up for the US round for only $4.41

Any one know if you can I watch it later? ........ local practice & race I would not mind hitting this weekend.

Whenever you want. couple hours after the race you can watch it in replay.

As soon as the race has been aired it is available to watch again whenever you like for up to a week (or more?) I think.

That goes for the qualifying races, support races and all interviews/promo videos. So in effect you can watch everything on repeat both evenings if you have stuff to do in the day time.
