That looks like a 1999 Splitfire Team bike. Neon green frame. Black rims. Black shrouds, side plates and rear fender. IF you look close you can see the Splitfire stripes on the seat cover.

Sheak was #26 on the Factory honda in 97..

Yep, after more digging, Scott Sheak was #26 and rode for PC on a Splitfire Kawi in '99.

It must be one of his old bikes.

Probably because there is no title and people got confused as the years clicked by.
