Vurb puts out some phenomenal vids. This one in particular goes HAM, loved the song selection #Tunechi.

music was...a bad choice. but Dungey out of the pits was sweet. Alli's video does it even better justice. (2:25 mark)

These days, why would it be called a video?
As long as I can remember the norm has always been to call a moving picture "video" (or film) regardless of how it was recorded. I first saw people referring to "edits" about two weeks while digital "video" has existed for years.

It is just an odd term that recently seemed to pop up for no apparent reason.

Technology has over taken us. Musicians no longer "record", they capture digital bytes in the "recording" studio and sell an "edit" of their music on I-tunes.

Call it what you want, I wasnt the one who had the problem with what they're called. I find it FUNNY that we still call them videos when there is no videotape involved anymore, but guess what I myself call them?!? I'll give you a hint... Its not edits. Im still a hip bro though right? Or do I have to call a video an edit to obtain that title?

The word video can be used for digital recordings. "Digital Video" Websters online dictionary concurs. Cool
Maybe they call it an edit to emphasize the work they put into making the video. Nice Edit by the way
