With both my boys out for supercross and now getting ready for the 450 outdoors it seems i have a chance to watch my twin boys race each other for the first time in 4 years, have twins ever raced AMA together before? Anyway with all the date changes i am seeing and tracks dropped i just want conformation off someone in the know that Thunder valley June 26 and Red Bud july 3 will be definatly on those dates.

Pete and Tony Wanket were twins. I'm pretty sure they would have ridden a National together. They were Saddleback regulars.

I would just fly to both of them from California. Red Bud is too far to drive and you could drive to Colorado but you could probably fly for cheaper

I was just mapquesting something else so here are the mileages. Assuming they are in the Murrieta area like everyone seems to be.

Murrieta California to Lakewood Colorado: 1016 miles (1635km)

Lakewood Colorado to Buchanan Michigan: 1084 miles (1745 km)

It is a bit of driving.

What about Kurt, Kris & Kip Bigelow? I cant seem to remember if they were triplets or just 3 brothers.

Looking forward to seeing Matt race that guy is really good and technical, Jake is very fast too but makes me nervous watching lol

Matt could well be on the nations team too as the MX2 rider has to be under 23 this year... which basically kills any chance Italy had to win...

Back in the day of box vans it was 18 hours to drive to the Denver area from So Cal and then another 18 hours to make it to the Niles-Buchanan area. It might take longer if you stopped in Vegas ( thats a whole different story.

Lakewood and Redbud will not be called off.

It's a long haul, but if you're vacationing you don't have to make it as a haul anyway. There's plenty to see and do between California and Michigan if you have a couple of weeks to do it.

And yes, Adam and Aaron Gulley are currently doing SX and MX
