Track Conditions

It seems that the track conditions are getting worse all the time. I don't understand why the tracks have 2 ft deep ruts before the first main race of the day. We talk about how dangerous the sport has become and every race starts with a track that looks like shit. The tracks would have more room to pass making for better and safer racing if they were prepped before the mains.
