Thor helmets?

Anyone that has experience with the new Thor helmets?
I noticed that the Pro Circuit team doesn't run them anymore in 2015 (they run Bell now).

The only reason Pro Circuit is not running them is because of money. Bell offered them a boat load of it and they switch. Not saying that Bell is not a good helmet, just that the reason they switched was $$$$.

Ryan Villopoto and Millsalps run the same helmet that Thor sells to the public, and yes they are paid to wear it. Its the Thor Verge model. Its made by HJC. I'm not gonna tell you its better than a Shoei or Arai, but I will tell you that at $324 retail, its the best VALUE out there.

Very light weight at under 3 pounds. Kevlar/fiberglass construction.

Mine fits me extremely well, very comfortable.

I see your Verge value and raise you an F2 Carbon. Full carbon kevlar weave and $5 dollars less at retail.

Boom!

I'll throw a TLD SE3 in there, too! Or an Air for less $.

Love my new Fly Formula that I picked up for $110 at BTO. Best helmet I've ever had. I buy everything on sale, but i wouldn't feel bad paying retail for an F2. IMO, Fly really has it going on right now. Best looking gear available.

I do love my Fly carbon F2 Helmets, the Thor exposes my face to too much roost.

A Fly F2 carbon helmet and 100% racecraft goggles with the noseguard leave no space for roost to hit your mouth/nose. They basically overlap eachother and seal the area off. Its pretty badass

Im just slow and need a lot of roost protection.

I owned the Thor, Fox, and One Helmets, and for me, the face guard is just too low or small to really protect your face from a direct shot with those helmets..
