Josh this season is one of the more "feel good" stories of the year for all us Hilly fans. It has been a long road and he suffered setback after setback, but never gave up, and it is so rad to see him back to his old form again.

...anyway, we desperately needed a positive thread on the board, and here is a rad pic that came in a PR from Suzuki:

Hill Scores Season Best At Salt Lake SX

Just after making this thread, this new vid series popped up...awesome timing!

Click: Josh Hill—From Hell & Back: RCH Racing Ep. 1

The full story of Josh Hill's devastating injury just as his career was skyrocketing and his long road to recovery. After a breakout Rookie season in 2008, Josh Hill's career came to an abrupt halt in 2010 when he shattered his right femur, pelvis, and humerus attempting an 80-foot backflip while training for X Games. After numerous surgeries, Josh's complications continued as he developed Compartment Syndrome in his opposite leg leaving him paralyzed from the knee down. Hear the full story of Josh's persistence will and determination to get back on the bike and the support he's found with the Dodge/Sycuan RCH Racing Team as he comes back against all odds to sit in 15th place in the 2013 Supercross season! Incredible comeback!

Same here! wonder if they are thinking about it? If he stayed healthy all summer, seems like he could really benefit from the track time and would only help him for next year.

Exactly. I would like to see RCH sign him for the outdoors and another year in 2014. I believe next year he will be consistent top 5

It's great to see him riding good again. I hope he keeps riding outdoors also. Watching him wreck makes me nauseous every time I see it.

Sikk vid! The guys got style. I'm wondering if he's gonna have a ride next year. RCH seems to be going for Tomac, and they still have Tickle one more year, so I wonder what their gonna do with him. I mean damn, he's getting results now. I'd like to see him in the outdoors this year, hopefully he won't have to race in Australia. Def a feel good story!

I was thinking the same thing. I am surprised Tickle hasn't put a good race or two in, but I am a lot more surprised at how well Hill has turned it around the past few races. I know he has injuries this year and didn't expect to see him regroup this well (if at all honestly). In just the past couple of races he has to have raised morale at RCH. Go Josh!!

I thought he was porcelain man after his backflip attempt and all his comeback efforts after it went south.

Unreal.

I waved my arm in the air like I was swatting at a bug, when I saw that backflip gone wrong to floppy femur. I'm so happy to see him riding awesome again.

Really hope RCH or someone else steps up and keeps him here for the nationals. Hill is has proven that he still is one of the elite top 4-8 guys. He shouldn't be going to Australia or taking the summer off!
