I have the force . best boots I have ever worn . But have heard the crossfire is better . I can't come to buy new boots yet . after 2.5 years my forces are still in great shape .

I love my crossfires! Much better boot than the old SIDI force{I wore those also}. They hold up extremely well, and I don't believe any other boot provides as much protection. They have a thin height in the toe area, so no problem getting under the shifter. They have an adjustable calf area also.

Anyone wanna buy a brand new set of Tech 7s? Worn once. Size 9?

I have the Force, and I couldn't be happier. Best boot I've owned, by far. I'm not sure about the Crossfire. If it's better than the Force, they should be amazing.

I've raced with Sidi boots for several years. I used to wear out all the other brands I tried. I now have the Crossfire SRS boots and love them. I race offroad so we always hit stumps and trail junk. These boots really protect your feet. I won't buy any other brand of boots,,,,ever...

I bought a pair of Tech 8's thinking I would spend the extra $$ on a primo set of boots. I have never been so disappointed in a set of footwear in my life. It felt like I had 2 plaster casts on my feet. I couldn't feel the brake pedal, the shift lever, nothing. I finally decided to buy the SIDI SRS Crossfire's and I couldn't be happier. There is just the right amount of up & down ankle movement but lots of side to side support. i can shift and brake just like before in my old worn out Tech 5's. I'd say the SIDI soles wear a little quicker than I'd like but they are cheap and easy to replace. No regrets here.

Awesome boot. Watch the c clip on the hinge they are made of plastic and will pop off every once and a while. Order some spares for like 5 bucks and you're covered.

I think I dumped $300 on mine, but that was 3 or so years ago. I believe they're up to $400. But, what's good is that the parts are replaceable. My soles are wearing out, but all I have to do is replace the soles and not the whole boot.

Is there places where a person can try some on to see how their sizes run?

Having never tried them on, wouldnt want to order a pair then they get here and are too big or loose.

I agree you should go try some on . I wear a 8.5 shoe and my Sidi's are 9.5. if you go to the motonation site they have a dealer locator .

Yep, big difference for sure. Not to mention I cannot find anywhere near Houston/Austin that has boots in stock to try on.

They may make a good boot, but they sure dont market them worth a damn.

I called Woods, they dont carry them and were confused why they are on that list.

As for Garland, Im not spending $100 in gas driving to try on a boot.

Europe's best kept secret-SIDI Carioli wears them and I am pretty sure Evert's was a SIDI rider

I really, really like the side profile. Very flat and looks like they would give you better input/feel when shifting.

Durn it, I may hafta break down and find some to try. These Tech 7s suck pond water.

Hello everyone,

My name is Ryan and I am with Motonation, the US Distributor of Sidi boots. This thread was actually passed around our office and we would like to say thank you to everyone that has purchased Crossfires and enjoy using them!

There was an error on our dealer locator as to where to purchase Sidi Crossfire boots. If you do not have a local dealer in your area please feel free to email me at ryan@motonation.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and I would be more than happy to help you find someone in your area or I can give you a list of our online retailers that would best cover your needs.

Thanks again to everyone!

Ryan Daley

Hey Ryan, Im the guy looking to buy some boots. How can I try some on? Is there any place in Houston/Austin that has some in stock? It just doesnt make sense to buy boots via mail that Ive never tried on before.

I will send you an email also. Thanks for looking in and for any help.
