Rider cams

How soon before we get cams on SX/MX bikes ala GP bikes? It would definitely give a good perspective of what goes on during SX. MX might be too much for the camera due to the elements.

i thought the 4 strokers had cams, cam gears and cam chains?

Being able to incorporate live feed from the riders and bikes would take the TV coverage to a whole new level. G-forces, GPS speed, gear position, throttle position, lean angle, etc. could be overlapped on a helmet cam or trackside cam to change the entire perspective of what the rider is going through.

the helmet cam RC had on at the 05 daytona when him and Reed battled made you feel like you were on the bike.. it was that good..IMO

Exactly, thanks for seeing what I was getting at. Some goof balls tried to hijack the thread and make a mockery of it. No way do 4 strokes really have cams? I thought they had power bands?

mounting the cams on the side of the helmet make it look a little more real than right on top.
