Did somebody in the Kawi rig tie a boat anchor to Ferry's bike this year? He's really struggling, And Byrne looked impressive in his heat race and the main, Props to him.

Ferry will be back at the nationals.
He is getting pretty old for this stuff though.

As for Byrne excellent ride!

I could be wrong but...
With the lap times so close ,it seems like if you get a shitty start then you gotta really work your ass off to make any progress.I also think that is why we are seeing some big players not make the mains.If they make a mistake,get a bad start ect.. they cant make the time back up with such short mains & heats & lcq's(James & Chad would be an exception ).

Brand new bike for '09, I think it takes the vets longer to feel comfortable on the new bikes. K-dub seems to be suffering from the same problem with the new small compact Honda
