Had a trip planned to Monster Mountain for Dec31 thru 2Jan, but unfortunately it looks like the rain is going to get the best of the track and it's not worth the haul from Illinois to ride in the mud, or potentially get cancelled.

Does anybody know of any good trucks running open practice in northeast Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, etc?

Friday and Saturday look like they could be ok here in NE TX (DFW area). Sunday looks to be a bit cold. I believe Village Creek over by Fort Worth already said they are open this w/e. They just re-built their track. They've had huge crowds for practice and people love the new layout. They run organized practice (sessions). With Freestone racing this w/e, that should knock the crowd down at Village on Saturday. I haven't seen anything from River Valley MX (by Rhome TX) but they are open almost every w/e. You can check their IG or FB page. I also know Buffalo Creek (Canton, TX) is open all w/e (Thurs - Sunday). Track isn't bad. A little more old school MX and more your casual rider (not your racer) but we go out there plenty and from time to time a group of fast guys show. No sessions at Buffalo. Open practice. I'd say Village is definitely worth hitting on Saturday. Maybe Buffalo on Friday as a warm up and then River or you could also see if Oak Hill will be open Sunday.
