Has anyone ever seen a shootout between all the mx magazines ? Most articles, best interviews ? who has the least ads etc ? Who will be the winner ?

RacerX is probably the best overall.
PulpMX probably has the best interviews.
VitalMX bike shootouts are probably the best in my opinion.
Swapmoto is right behind racerx when talking about overall coverage.
MXA makes good pro bike videos.
