I haven't seen or heard about this ever. And I'm a 90's motocross fan. Was this a charity event or what? What the hell? Grinning

Fastcross took place from '84 to 2000.
Giorgio Saporiti is an italian industrial who made a fortune in the furniture business and MX is his passion. So he decided to set up a race on his own track in Arsago Seprio, near Milan and made sure he spent enough money to get the best of both worlds with many top riders, both American and Euros. He's also been a personal sponsor to Rick Johnson...
His race was an absolute must for quite a while...

You can find quite a few vids on the web...
This one's quality is quite low, but it's still interesting, with Everts, Bervoets, Chiodi, Vohland, Ward, Emig, McGrath......

Ok. Thank you for the info. I don't know how I missed this. Maybe the international coverage was a bit thin. Luckily youtube has all kinds of gems nowadays.
