Engine Ice coolant question

I bought two 1/2 gallon jugs back in 2006 and never opened them. I was wondering if they are still good. On their website it doesn't say anything about life span of the coolant, but it does mention color change which mine have done. Any help is appreciated!

Personally, I don't like anything that sits on a shelf for a year to a year and a half, not even a can of soup.

That said, on paper, your Engine Ice is fine
