First I'd seen. The team managers were notified, and I think the escorts were being somewhat more discreet than they'd been in the past, and allow riders to get their media obligations out of the way, first.

How can this be ? everyone is convinced there is a drug subculture yet nobody ever gets busted and WADA certainly is not in a position to be "bought off"

Let me tell you how this is going to play out........

1st.....a rider will be tested.
2nd....the riders will pass
3rd......Fans of " Other " riders will say the test is incomplete or WADA Has be "paid off ".

Cracks me up reading some of the professional insight guys say that these young athletes need to be all jacked up on PED's to run an 17min main event in SX and two 30min motos in the outdoors. There are 1000's of tri-athletes that laugh at these statements every day. But in " This world "......it's an impossible feat.

So you'll still get your guys " Who know ".........and that " You should trust them ".....because the are , or used to be in the industry. LMFAO!

And again....still to this day....nobody has gotten busted , not one disgruntled ex girlfriend , mechanic , fellow rider , team personnel.......nobody has come forward with NOT ONE shred of evidence. These guys has been accused for soooo long.....they are automatically guilty to a lot of people....." Because they read it on the internet ".

And were off........

The issue isn't running a 17 minute main. It's training at a top level that few are able to do. I'm not saying that doping is going on, but I also don't think these tests will find anything if the riders are doping. They put too much effort into their program to slip up on that. What I'd really like to know, is why people who don't think doping is going on, think that motocross racers are somehow exempt from it. Is there some moral or ethical flaw that other athletes have which motocross racers don't?

You forgot to add bitter-little-washed-up-whinners and haters. Not to mention the never-beens and the coulda-beens. All of these finger-pointing douches need to GFThemselves and get a life; also, they can EAD, hell...a bag of them, while they're at it.

There's a pretty fair chance that someone, somewhere and at sometime DID, HAS or HAD done PEDs. So be it.

The fact that sooooo many negative-douchers are willing to go full-scale "hater-assault" on any & every guy that kicks ass...well...GFY if you're one of those.

Exactly. Because whether or not someone is a "bitter-little-washed-up" whiner, hater, "negative doucher" is relevant to whether or not doping is going on. It's just name calling.

Is it fair to accuse rider x of doping? Without any evidence, absolutely not.

Is it fair to question whether or not doping could possible or even likely be going on in the sport of motocross, and if not, why not? I think so, and I also think that people should be able to do that in a reasonable manner without being called names.

I would say, "Fair enough!"; but, I can't....'cause, as Jeffro pointed out...when this subject comes up on the boards, it's ANYTHING BUT reasonable discussion and I watch the names of athletes I know get thrown around as if they're automatically guilty.

Some of the Vital-Vunda-Minds seem to "know" that certain athletes are juicing. Again, they are welcome to go suck-it. They don't know shit & they need to go look at that ass-hole in the mirror and worry about his issues.

GuyB.... do the riders have a "cool down" period like the NFL before post race media obligations? Example, the Sherman incident after the NFC title game (lack of cool down period). I am assuming these riders intensity after a race is extremely high.

So you're waiting on a piss test that proves absolutely nothing?

I'm with you on not accusing specific riders apart from having good evidence. It's not right and it shouldn't be done. But to think that a piss test is going to resolve this issue once and for all is silly.

I just think it's absurd that anyone could think that , Feld,AMA, FIM & WADA are in some sort of conspiracy with the riders or any order of that you want to list.

People do not understand the protocol that is met every week , testing or not Feld & the Sanctioning body have to make a place for all this to happen and is not given any notice and the riders are give no notice either.

What more do people want ? it's up to the people doing the testing to do it better if there is an issue , but we have yet to get one offense.
