I think you can just go to the website and apply for lifetime support. I remember seeing it a few years ago so I would assume they still have it.

They do still have it, its $59 one time fee then you get 25% off all orders for life. Its a pretty good deal and it helps out the people who will be buying a lot of stuff over the years.
