First of all I know you guys are busy, especially with Loretta's right around the corner. I just have some questions that I haven't been able to get answered.
I sent two certified letters questioning rider eligibility. I included the riders name, regional they raced, as well as a copy of the results (from the races they rode A) from the AMA advancement website. The riders in question clearly rode the A class over the past 3-4 years. It's hard to hide results when all you have to do is type there last name in the AMA's Database, or even google for that matter. They raced the regionals in the Vet B/C class and finished in qualifying positions. Supplemental rule 5 states "Riders who have ever been classified as a Pro, Pro Am, or A rider in a non-youth class, are not eligible for any "B/C" designated class". It seems pretty black and white to me. I haven't received a response from mxsports, and the riders are marked as being paid up and registered on the website. So my question is, are these riders being looked into? It seems unfair to the riders who finished behind them that are true "B" riders to have to miss out on there chance to live there dream.
I'm sure it won't be long before someone comes along and posts something like "just work harder and ride more to beat them", or "there shouldn't be a Vet B class, it's a youth championship" but those are just ignorant responses. The guys sandbagging should work harder and go in an open class such as +25 or 35+. And it's not a "youth championship", look at there website. It's an Amateur Championship, and one that I worked hard to be at. I'm gonna be disappointed if I don't make it because somebody who couldn't cut it in the A or open classes got the spot that belonged to a real B rider. Sorry for the rant....

So if there is an A class for Vets then I say that's where they should race.
This was the source of some major debate with the preacher man that dropped down to sandbag.
The Shop
The reason why it is a mistake is becuase they don't enforce the rules for that class.
You know you really should be just glad that you are getting to go there and race.
Damn MX Racers always bitchen about something.
And why is there even a Vet B class, it's a youth championship..
Jus' sayin'....

I see the point, but I think this came about when pro riders grew up.
Pit Row
Then again, something like DouchBoy819 would fit your style well also.
What an azz.
Miss out on their dream!!!! are you kidding me, he is talking about himself , he is going through all the riders in his class and instead of racing them he wants them thrown out.I cant believe he posted it on Vital, most of the other weasels that go this route at least try to do it so no one finds out. Better watch out mooch cause if you end up in his class and beat him then he would want you DQed also, or better yet maybe the both of you can team up and get the rest of the class booted. Birds of a feather.
First of all, I raced the Mid-east regional, where I managed to crash in every moto except my first one. I ended up 8th overall. The first two guys were gone, but 3-10th were all about the same speed. It was one of the most exciting races I've run. Anyway, not one person in the regional was sandbagging, in my opinion. My questioning of a riders eligibility in another regional has no effect on my finishing position, so you can say I'm trying to protest anyone who beat me but it is false and further exhibits your lack of knowledge pertaining to the rules. If you read my first post carefully I stated "I sent two certified letters questioning rider eligibility. I included the riders name, regional they raced......." There is only one rider I was questioning. He won the southeast regional. You can look up the results if you want to know his name that bad. You can also look up his results from last year while you're at it. Let us know what you find.
I'm not trying to argue with anyone. You have your opinion and I have mine, and I'm just going to leave it at that. Have a good fourth everyone, I'm gonna go try to learn how to wakeboard!
