Damon Bradshaw wins "King of the hill" at Big Nasty hill climb?

Rumor has it The Beast from the East smoked the field at the Big Nasty hillclimb in Idaho. Yamalink on racer x said it was unbelievable to watch. I guess he was scrubbing the uphill double on the way up on a big bore nitro monster he had never ridden before. Damon was always one of the best at closing his eyes and grabbing a hand full of throttle so this story doesn't surprise me at all. Way to Git urrr dun Damon..lol

he did win it.

the King of the Hill is a combination of the top 5 guys on the day and is an exhibition race. my buddy was up there racing and said that Bradshaw's king of the hill run was awesome.

he also said Mike Metzger was awesome to watch

Metzger too? That event has got to be awesome to watch. It's always amazed me how MXers can jump into any other motorsport and shine with a little work. Supermoto,Hill Climbs,GNCC,WORCS,Car racing in all forms,Monster trucks,Enurocross,Snow mobile racing,and much more. You name the motor sport and a MXer has probably excelled at the top levels of it unless they haven't tried it. I haven't heard of a MXer racing lawn mowers yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

my neighbor races lawn mowers. no shit. he has like 5 different "rides" that he races. i'll try to snap a picture of them next time... who knows, maybe i can cross over and we'll see what happens Smile
